AAA- Breakdown
For your music video this week, you get AAA's "Breakdown". Looks like they were having a little too much fun with camera effect.

MAMADRIVE- Kuruizaki
Looking for something less pop-y? Little more edge? Try Mamadrive, a three piece girl band, with a good beat. Also, this PV has a colorful, fascinating set, I really love it!

Passpied- "Toryanse"
Here's an indie group for you! I don't know how to best describe Passpied, except to say that the lead singer's voice is unbelievably high, I really don't know how that's possible...
It's an interesting video, and while this isn't my favorite song from this group, it shows a cool side of them, I think!

"Overwriter" PV
We talked a little bit about Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid in an earlier episode: Here's another example!
"Overwriter", by tilt-six, such a touching song and video, a love song to all creative people!

Kiseki-Greeeen
Hey, guys! Since the podcast is only a monthly thing, I thought I'd start posting music videos once a week, just to keep bringing you more great music to explore. Let me know if that's something you enjoy, or if we can go further with that! (Maybe you guys could recommend some PVs of your own?)
Anyway, this week I'm reccomending a music video that never fails to fill me with the feels, it's "Kiseki" by Greeeen. Not only is it very touching, for me, it brings a lot of nostalgia to back when I lived in Japan. This song was the ending theme for a j-drama that aired at the time, called "Rookies", about a bunch of delinquent kids and the idealistic teacher who changed their lives by making them into a baseball team. (My friends and I always thought the show needed to have a crossover with Gokusen.)
The video quality isn't super great here, but I dare you not to get just a little bit emotional ;)

Music Station May 29th
Discussion of Music Station for the week of May 29, 2015. There was a VS battle. Daigo and Golden Bomber were both there. And there was hugging. Among other amazing performances. But who did Sarah and Makoto think went home with first place? Tune in and hear for yourselves!
And not to be forgotten, our music picks! Sarah chose the "Kaicho wa Maid-sama" OST composed by Wataru Maeguchi, and Makoto chose "Reach the Sky" by YOHIO.

Music Station May 22nd
Sarah and Makoto watched Music Station for the week of May 22, 2015. Who was the best performance on the stage? Well, you'll just have to listen and find out, won't you? ;)
And for their music recommendations, Sarah showed good taste and picked Perfume's "Triangle" album, and Makoto went with "Glorious World" by Papiyon feat. Hatsune Miku.
